1. Introduction & Acceptance

To open an account and use our services, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

JurisdictionYou must not be located in, or be a resident of, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where accessing our services would violate local law. It is your responsibility to know your local laws.

Single accountEach person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and winnings forfeited.

Accurate informationAll information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Personal useYour account is for your personal use only. You may not allow others to use your account, and you may not act as an agent for another person when gambling.

Mental capacityYou must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will when using our services. You must not use the platform under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

We reserve the right to ask for proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for keeping your account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately via live chat or email. We will take prompt action to secure your account.

Speedau Casino will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. This includes using weak passwords, sharing login details, or ignoring security warnings.

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an extra layer of security. You can do this from your account settings at any time.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. We do not accept third-party payments. Attempting to deposit or withdraw using someone else's payment method may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

Minimum deposit$10 AUD (or equivalent). Some payment methods may have higher minimums due to network or processor requirements.

Minimum withdrawal$20 AUD. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

Maximum withdrawal per transaction$5,000 AUD for standard methods. Crypto withdrawals may go up to $50,000 AUD per transaction. Bank wire transfers up to $20,000 AUD.

Processing timesMost withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Crypto and eWallet payments are typically faster. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. We do not impose artificial delays.

Verification requirementIdentity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals above certain thresholds can be processed. Please complete verification promptly to avoid delays.

CurrencyWe accept AUD, USD, and EUR. If you deposit in a currency other than your account currency, a conversion rate will apply. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the rate at time of deposit.

FeesSpeedau Casino does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider, bank, or cryptocurrency network may apply their own fees. We are not responsible for third-party charges.

We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount, if we have reasonable cause to do so under our AML obligations.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Free Spins

Bonuses and promotions are offered at our discretion and are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms:

EligibilityMost bonuses are available to new or existing players who have completed account verification. Some offers are restricted by country, payment method, or player tier.

Maximum bet with active bonusWhile a bonus is active, maximum bets are capped. Placing bets above the specified limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Bonus abuseWe reserve the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings from accounts that exploit bonus offers through irregular play patterns, collusion, or any form of abuse. This includes using bonus funds on low-variance games or strategies designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements.

Cashback offersThe 10% daily cashback is applied automatically to net losses. Cashback credits carry no wagering requirement. Cashback is calculated and credited by midnight each day.

Free spinsFree spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Free spins expire 7 days after being credited.

Speedau Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. We will not modify the terms of a promotion after you have already claimed it.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Speedau Casino is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

CollusionCooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.

FraudUsing stolen payment methods, false identity documents, or any other fraudulent means to deposit or withdraw funds.

Bonus abuseOpening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or engaging in strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms.

ChargebacksFiling fraudulent chargebacks with your bank or payment provider. All legitimate disputes should be raised with our support team first.

Software exploitationUsing bots, automated software, scripts, or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.

Threatening or abusive behaviourUsing threatening, offensive, or abusive language toward our staff or other players. Zero tolerance applies.

7. Identity Verification (KYC)

8. Responsible Gambling

9. Game Rules & Software

12. Account Suspension & Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you using your registered payment method, subject to our standard KYC and AML checks.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Breach of TermsIf you violate any of these Terms, including prohibited conduct outlined in Section 6.

Fraudulent activityIf we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity associated with your account.
